I personally find it really useful because you can: Plan your trainings, mark tricks that you do and remember those you did in the past but forgot; Create combos. At the end of each level there are samples of combos that you can do. You can also build up different combos by yourself or with the help of your coach (since the catalogue gives you so many examples of different tricks); It can help coaches and instructors to plan classes and follow their students’ progress.

Хочу вам рассказать о вот такой вот чудесной книжечке 📖 @wow_kurs_poledance Каталог полезен как для тренеров, так и для учеников ! Все элементы разделены на 10 уровней ! Очень удобно отмечать, те элементы, которые ты выучил , а так же составлять из них связки ! Я наконец то смогла попробовать те элементы, которые давно хотела выучить, но не успевала На рисунках все четко видно и понятно , как выполнять трюк Так же есть версии на русском и английском языках .
